WITCO Systems Inc. has a proud history of serving the needs of users of material handling equipment in Wisconsin since 1949.

Oliver S. Wilson founded Wisconsin Industrial Truck Company in 1949. The business was the first material handling equipment dealership in Wisconsin. Wisconsin Industrial Truck represented the line of Clark Material Equipment. The business operated under the name of Clarklift of Wisconsin for many years, and was the exclusive distributor of Clark equipment. In the early 1990's WITCO added the Daewoo, now called Doosan, line of forklifts, and have been highly successful marketing this rugged line of equipment.

Oliver S. Wilson and Elmer Grichtmeier Sr. founded Stack & Store Systems in 1971. Stack & Store Systems represented the Crown Equipment line of electric and narrow aisle lift trucks for many years. In addition, Stack & Store prominently represented Interlake and Frazier Racking Systems. In 1981 Stack & Store Systems acquired Manitowoc Industrial Equipment, adding the Nissan line of forklifts to the business.

In 2002 Wisconsin Industrial Truck Company and Stack & Store Systems merged together to become WITCO Systems Inc. WITCO Systems currently has three locations in Wisconsin to serve the needs of the industrial, distribution and retail material handling consumers. Today the company is a distributor for a broad range of material handling equipment as is described throughout our web site.
